Introducing our newest partner to Inspire Accounting & Business Services Pty Ltd – Kate Paton. Kate is married to Lochlan who has a keen interest in drag racing, and they have two children, Charlotte who is 3 and Luke who just turned 1.

Kate has worked alongside Gary, Melinda and Richard for the past 10 or so years working closely with Gary for most of that time. While Kate has the skills to assist any small business, she has predominantly worked with mining services and engineering clients and developed quite a speciality in this area through her exposure to the industry and the fact that her father and two of her brothers are diesel fitters.  Kate also grew upon a cane farm and has a great working knowledge of that industry as well. 

As a partner in the firm, Kate will continue to support her current client base as well as fulfilling her progressing role as a new partner taking on new clients.  Gary and Kate together make up a strong team and will continue to work together as they are moving forward.  Our vision as a firm is to always ensure that our clients receive value for money and receive the support from us as their business needs to make it successful by concentrating on what we call the four pillars:

Internally, Kate’s strength is to train our team and do it well to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to undertake their role with success.  One of her key roles within our firm is to maintain and improve the support and training to our staff as well as building their knowledge and expertise in areas that challenge their thinking.
